Advocacy that prepares people to act.
Proactive mental health education. Practical prevention. Stronger communities.
We help people recognize needs earlier, build support before overwhelm grows, and practice thoughtful responses before the moment demands them.
Proactive care. Prepared communities.
Notice earlier. Respond thoughtfully.
1
Learn to recognize stress, emotional changes, and emerging needs before they become a crisis. Practice a pause, a supportive conversation, and a realistic next step. Preparation helps people respond with more intention while recognizing that everyone needs support sometimes.
Narcan training + overdose awareness
2
Practical education on recognizing a possible opioid overdose, calling 911, and using naloxone nasal spray according to product instructions. Narcan is one brand of naloxone, a medication that can reverse an opioid overdose. Training also addresses stigma, preparedness, and connecting people with care. Emergency medical help is still essential.
Youth + family prevention education
3
Age-appropriate conversations about mental health, substance-use risks, peer pressure, and safer decisions. Role-play lets participants rehearse asking for help and responding to an emergency. Families and youth-serving teams can build shared language and clear pathways to trusted adults and resources.
Advocacy that opens access
4
Bring mental health education into schools, workplaces, faith communities, and community organizations. We support conversations that reduce stigma, strengthen connection, and help people navigate care.
Christel’s community work includes college transition and prevention education at a College Fair, emergency decision-making and Narcan education at We Own Friday Nights, and proactive mental health conversations at the Black Family Wellness Expo.
Workshops, panels, community conversations, and prevention sessions can be tailored to your audience.
